Our owner has been working in kitchens since she was 15, culminating in her role as Kitchen Manager for Great American Restaurants after graduating with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Food Safety and is the former Program Manager of DC Health's Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Services Division (now the Food Division), a former DC Health Sanitarian, and former Senior Food Safety Specialist for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
